It was just last year, October 19, 2009 when the Monster Ball Tour of Lady Gaga was officially announced in public. This is the second concert tour of the renowned American recording artist following her worldwide concert, the Fame Ball tour. Today, Lady Gaga is already having concert tours at several cities with almost sold out tickets.
