Here's the deal:

The last time Lindsay Lohan got a "Get Out Of Jail Free Card," it was under the conditions that she clean up her teeth act, stay sober and complete 360 hours of community service at a local women's shelter. We already knew she's failed on the first two conditions, but now it seems she's struck out completely! It's been revealed that she was BOOTED from the Downtown Women's Center in L.A for being completely unreliable!

According to sources at the center, Lindsay not only blew off nine visits without warning, but when she did finally show her face, she would always be late and "work" for no longer than an hour! As her contributions to the center were " very unimpressive," the Women's Center fired her two weeks ago, citing several violations to her service agreement. The Probation Department's volunteer center assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross shortly, but no word yet if she is fairing any better there.

Now, here's the REAL SCOOP: Next week, Lindsay is due back in court for a progress hearing. The last time she stood in front of Judge Sautner, he swore that if she didn't take her probation seriously, her behind was getting carted back to jail! Wonder if being FIRED from a job she wasn't even getting paid to do qualifies as grounds to smack down the gavel of justice!
