Before Anna Nicole Smith died in 2007, she was locked in a complicated legal battle over money supposedly left (or not left) to her by her late husband's estate.

Her husband had died in the first year of marriage and his will made no mention of her. Upset by this, Anna took the estate to court saying that her late husband had promised her $300 million dollars to be left to her in the event that he should pass away.

Today, in a case that's strangely between to deceased people, the court has ruled in favor of the estate, and that Anna Nicole was not to get any of that money.

She accused J. Howard Marshall's heirs of conspiring to keep her out of the payout.

And four years later, everyone can get back to whatever they would be doing right now if this had been dropped a long time ago!

She's escaped jail time yet again!

Lindsay Lohan is heading back to her posh Venice pad to resume her home confinement and avoided any jail time on Thursday in a probation violation court hearing.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan's prior judge, Elden Fox, only required controlled substances testing from January 3rd through February 25, 2011. Judge Fox did not mandate alcohol testing as part of Lindsay's probation. So, even though the recovering addict tested positive for booze, she was not in violation.

The decision came after more than an hour of deliberations between Lohan's legal team and prosecutors in the judge's chambers.

And, get this, the probation department can't test Lindsay anymore for drugs or alcohol because there's no court order allowing it.

Prosecutors asked to reinstate mandatory drug and alcohol testing; Sautner declined the request.

How does that even make sense????

For the time being, Lindsay can booze it up all she wants!

The DA’s office strongly refuted Judge Sautner’s findings and have requested a review of Judge Fox’s ruling from October.

Judge Sautner did, however, "punish" Lindsay by saying she can no longer have any parties at her Venice pad while under house arrest. Boo hoo!

Lohan can now only have one guest over at a time, in addition to family members.

Judge Sautner said the only thing Lindsay was guilty of was "extremely poor judgment by having roof parties while on home confinement" but added, "poor judgment is not a violation of your probation."

She also told the former actress not to do stupid things that fly in the face of the court's order.

Judge Sautner asked Lindsay if she wanted to get on with her life. Lindsay replied, "Yes I do."

Somehow, we don't believe her!

Lohan is scheduled to be released from house arrest Wednesday.

Lindsay's next court appearance is set to be a progress report at the end of July.

Learn How to Play Guitar in 4 Steps

Even when their rap mixtapes are a success, many artists need to work long and hard before they are successful in the commercial markets. Jim Jones mixtapes are a perfect example of an artist who had to wait quite awhile before finally becoming successful in the mainstream. The early years were difficult but Jim Jones eventually became one of the biggest stars in the hip hop industry.

Late last month, 21-year old singer Sean Kingston was involved in a very serious jet ski accident that nearly resulted in devastating injury. Thankfully, Kingston has been recuperating from his injuries for the past few weeks and appears to be getting better with each passing day. Today we get to see the first photo of [...]

Yesterday was David’s and my last full day in Detroit and we got to spend it with my parents. In celebration of Father’s Day, Sarah, Mark and David joined me and my parent’s for a nice afternoon brunch at the Woodward Avenue Brewery in Ferndale, MI. Because the W.A.B. is the only place left in the Metro Detroit area with a working old skool photobooth, I wanted to make sure that I took the opportunity to get some photobooth photo of my parents. Everyone too their turn in the photobooth but my parents’ photostrip really turned out the cutest ;)

My mother hates taking photos but with help from my dad, we managed to cajole her into being a good sport. It was nice sharing the afternoon with Sarah, Mark and David, too! We had a great day together. The rest of yesterday was very leisurely and then last night, David and I flew home. The flight was a bit delayed but we managed to get home safe and sound.

Tonight is a big day … David and I will be making our way to the Staples Center in downtown LA to see Britney Spears LIVE in concert at her Femme Fatale Tour! I am really looking forward to seeing the final show with my own eyes. Tonight is going to be a fantastic night … I can already feel it! Woot!!

Romeo Beckham Shows Off His Arm Sleeve Of Tattoos, Just Like Daddy Beckham

Today, in honor of Father’s Day, I have a couple of really cute photos to share of one of our fave celeb dads David Beckham and his middle son Romeo James. At a soccer training session this week, Romeo showed off an arm sleeve of temporary tattoos in an obvious nod to his dad’s love [...]

Yesterday was a very fun, very full day. Yesterday afternoon, after Sarah, David and I ran around taking care of a few errands, we met up with Mark and made our way to downtown Royal Oak, MI for lunch at my fave sushi restaurant in the world — Little Tree. After we supped until we were stuffed, we hung out for a bit on Main St. and did a big of shopping at Incognito. Yesterday evening, we got to hang out with Tracey and my goddaughter Zakiya who is growing into a brilliant young lady. Last night, Sarah hosted a small get together of friends … ’twas a very, very fun day.

These are just some of the photos that I took with Princess Zakiya. It’s insane to me how much she grows every time I see her. The girl can already read and write better than David! That’s my girl. After Z had to run off to a sleep over, the real party got underway. Reggie, Tara, Agnes, Mike G., Sherri and her son Kyle came over to hang out … which meant we hovered around the dinner table eating, talking and sharing embarrassing stories. The party may not have been one of our usual ragers but it was a lot of fun. It’s always so nice to come home to Detroit and reconnect with my loved ones here. I seriously know the best people in the world … and I love them all :)

This afternoon, David and I are taking my parents out for Father’s Day Brunch before we return home to SoCal later tonight. My Detroit trips are always so short but they are always very, very fun. I hope all y’all are having a GREAT FATHER’S DAY today!!! Happy Sunday!!

Great Style Practices

It's important that you develop a web page for your business in order to discover more customers. Certainly an online site will enable you to target clients that are situated far from you. Whatever business you have, be it chaussures fashion or sorelle baby furniture can all reap the benefits of an internet site. It may also be helpful for businesses that are providing exclusively information and facts for example home schooling information. The sole thing that you will want to ensure is that it is designed appropriately and also well-optimized. Individuals who are just starting in the field can take a look at the subsequent article.
Your website is where your business resides -- it is such as the headquarter of an offline business. Hence, it is important to practise good style rules to make sure your website reaches out towards the optimum number of guests and sells to as lots of people as feasible.
Make sure you've obvious instructions on the navigation of one's website. The navigation menu should be uncluttered and concise to ensure that visitors know how you can navigate around your website with out confusion.
Reduce the number of pictures on your website. They make your website load very slowly and more often than not they are extremely unnecessary. If you think any image is important in your site, make sure you optimize them utilizing image editing applications so that they've a minimum file dimension.
Maintain your text paragraphs at a affordable duration. If a paragraph is too long, you should split it into seperate paragraphs to ensure that the text blocks will not be too big. This is important because a block of text that's too large will deter visitors from studying your content material.
Make sure your web site complies to internet requirements at www.w3.org and make certain they're cross-browser suitable. If your website appears fantastic in Internet Explorer but breaks horribly in Firefox and Opera, you will lose out on a lot of potential guests.
Avoid utilizing scripting languages on your website unless it's absolutely essential. Use scripting languages to handle or manipulate data, not to produce visual effects on your web site. Hefty scripts will sluggish down the loading time of your site as well as crash some browsers. Also, scripts aren't supported across all browsers, so some visitors might skip essential info because of that.
Use CSS to fashion your web page content material simply because they save alot of work by styling all components in your website in one go.
